You are correct.
Though I must congratulate everyone else on their inspired guesses, you did well to sneak in and steal at the end there.

This is a difficult question so I'll give a clue:

I’ll accept that. It’s mounted externally to the actual engine block, but it is part of the engine technically.
Very popular in the late 80s and early 90s on cars like the Ford Escort RS Turbo, the dump valve releases compressed air from a turbocharged vehicle’s intake when the throttle plate closes, preventing unnecessary load potentially damaging the turbocharger.
It’s the ‘tiiisssshhhh’ noise you’d hear between gears as Daz and Kylie toured the local high street attracting attention in their highly tasteful Max Power inspired hot hatch

Burroughs’ best known work is probably ‘the Naked Lunch’, which was long considered to be unfilmable, due to it’s unconventional structure and surreal tangents. Which director finally brought a version to the screen in 1991?

I really love that film. It's got the guy from Robocop in it. Now who's the bloody director? I used to know this, I went through a phase where I watched a bunch of his films.
It'll come to me later in the day.
