HC is correct. It is France, with 17 popes. This is combing the Kingdom of France and the French part of the Holy Roman empire. I believe the last French pope was from the 1300s. Italy is number one with over 2000 popes.

In 2000 years?

I need to read into the history of popes!

Pope's Urn is a public art work dedicated to the poet and writer Alexander Pope was commissioned for the 2015 Rugby World Cup and located in which London borough, in which Pope was a resident?

I’m going to guess Richmond-upon-Thames, as there is a Pope’s Grotto near Teddington

Only two of the 32 London boroughs have ‘Royal’ status conferred upon them. Name either.

Indeed <ok>

The other being Kingston-upon-Thames.

I was surprised when I researched this question, as I expected Richmond (u-T) to be one as well. Who knew?

When looking for a good question about Chelsea Football Club, the answer always seems to be John Terry or Frank Lampard.

So, to make things slightly harder, but probably not much harder, I'll go for:

John Terry is Chelsea FC's all-time highest scoring defender with 67 goals. David Webb is Chelsea FC's highest scoring defender from the pre-premiership days with 34 goals. Who is the club's 2nd highest scoring defender, also with 34 goals, when considering only Chelsea FC's premiership years?
