Some of those three-letter words must be THE so I'll go for T and see what else comes up.

Okay, no. 10 was the large version of an astronomical object so I think that has to be THE BIG MOON.

I think I know the second word in no. 3 based on the Mongolian warlord clue but I'm not sure of the first word yet. The other part of the clue could lead to one of two words I have in mind so will wait until I can pick another letter to confirm one or the other.

Yippee indeed!

I'll post a new list at 8.00pm. As a change of pace from HappyCamper's insanely hard set, I plan on making some of them very easy, so get in early for some quick points!

Thanks, man! I'd have been nowhere without the clues, though.

Anyway, here's something more straightforward. A trip around the world (although one of the countries no longer exists).

1. Tropical Ice-Land
2. Big In Japan
3. The Lebanon
4. A New England
5. Lost In France
6. Kids In America
7. Back In The USSR
8. Holiday In Cambodia
9. Ronnie, Talk To Russia
10. Diamonds From Sierra Leone
