A hint... track 5 is off a 1995 album that had a cover featuring a shark’s jaws eating a loudspeaker.

Correct! Although (as you might have just seen my edit) I double checked that and apparently he’s from Limerick! The Mandela Effect, perhaps

Well that’s a convincing win from James. Well played
Can anyone guess the last track?
It’s on a 1995 album, with cover art featuring a loudspeaker in some shark’s jaws.

Fountains of Wayne? Smashmouth? Someone like that? I think I'm going to need more clues.

It was quite a pioneering album. It was electronic, with elements of progressive house, dub, ambient, and it never really settled on a genre. The duo behind the album played Glastonbury 2000. They worked on the soundtrack of Shallow Grave. A track from their second album was the music for a Guinness advert...

You’re in the right area. The track was off Leftism, the debut album by Leftfield. Which in my opinion is a masterpiece

I loved "Open Up" with John Lydon but don't think I have any of their albums.
Shall I do another one?

Yes, do another, but make sure you check out Leftism. Open Up is off that album

OK, here we go. Hard to know where to pitch the difficulty of stuff like this, so good job to all the setters so far, I think they've all been about the right level.
These should all be pretty gettable, but a couple could be a bit tricky. I've put them in a vaguely chronological order, which might help:
1. Runaway
2. Dance To The Music
3. Superstition
4. Rikki Don't Lose That Number
5. Queen of Clubs
6. Rubber Bullets
7. Echo Beach
8. Duel
9. Freak Scene
10. Debaser
