Absolutely right! I saw him on telly the other day, he's just released his fifth album apparently. Doesn't time fly?

I kind of lost interest in him to be honest  But yeah it’s crazy. I feel old!

I feel like I know Dry the Rain. But it’s not coming to me :chin:

No. Wiley has released something called Heatwave, but it is unrelated to the classic Motown track of the same name (which is the one I'm after).

Not Gladys and the Pips, but you're very much in the right ballpark.

I knew a couple of these would need clues but I'm quite surprised that a couple of others haven't gone yet. Let's see if this helps.

1. Scottish band formed by Steve Mason and Gordon Anderson in 1996. This track was on the first of three EPs that they released; these were later compiled into their first album, appropriately titled "The Three EPs".

4. American female vocal group signed to Motown Records. Other well-known recordings include "Nowhere To Run", "Jimmy Mack" and another that I won't mention for now, as it would be too much of a giveaway.

5. English indie-pop band briefly successful in the early 1990s. The B-side of this single was a cover of "She's A Rainbow", originally by the Rolling Stones. Their vocalist, Tony Ogden, died in 2006 at the age of 44.

6. English musician whose surname is the same as an audio noise-reduction process. Other releases include "She Blinded Me With Science" and "Hyperactive".

10. Australian indie-pop band mainly active in the 2000s, now on hiatus. Their name refers to the buildings and other structures in a specific Scandinavian city.

Yes to both! A very timely intervention. If you can get the last one, you can force a tiebreak with Prop.

I'm usually pretty good on 90s Indie, but I can't recall a vocalist called Tony Ogden at all.

They were a bit of a flash in the pan to be fair. I saw them live in 1991 or 1992, they were pretty cool. They had a sort of early Roxy Music vibe going on, not so much sound-wise, but Tony Ogden had something of the Bryan Ferry about him in his stage manner, plus they had an enigmatic keyboard player (whose name I can't remember) who was very reminiscent of Eno.

It is World of Twist! Very good call.

KrazeeEyezKilla takes the bonus point and therefore the overall win with 5 points. Tough luck to Prop with 4 and Reg with 2, both of whom were in it right up until the end. Thanks as usual to everyone for playing!
