Currently taking place in Haining, Zhejiang Province, this large Pro-Am always attracts many professional players. Mark Selby has won several times.
I'll post details when I've found them. There's a live stream at:
https://m.huya.com/880214/Currently they are showing Si Jiahui against Liu Hongyu. Earlier Yuan Sijun beat Pang Junxu.

He's a middle-aged British ex-pat who plays in most of these CBSA events. He was quite a decent player a few years ago, but impact of lockdowns meant he hasn't been able to play continuously.

His less extrovert cousin, Pubby Shirty, has stayed steadfastly in the UK.

Semi-Finals:
Yuan Sijun 4:3 Liu Hongyu
Wu Yize 4:2 He Guoqiang
After a 110 break, Liu was 3:2 up and had a reasonable chance in each of the last 2 frames, but didn't take them and Yuan got two clearances.
At 2:2, Wu won a tight frame which proved decisive.

Yuan Sijun 5:1 Wu Yize
Wu didn't really turn up in the final. He was down 4:0 at the MSI. A nice break in the next frame was too late.

Wu Yize did get the high-break prize for that 143. There were lots of century breaks in this tournament.

He was a bit shaky in the semi-final. But he does appear a bit more stable on the shot. I'd thought he was a bit yippy after the Covid lockdown, when he couldn't play for 6 months. But he was very nervous in the World Championship. Anyway, a win is always good.

He's won one of these tournaments before. Haining is quite close to his home in Jiangxi province, so he seems very happy to play there.
