He played a lot better after that.
I know. But I didn't think it was possible for Higgins to improve so much at the time.

Not seen tonight's match things to do etc etc
Has Higgins played up to a 5-2 standard or has Bingo been poor?
i know that some of your standards is miles lower than the standards i expect but ill have to take your word for it.

He's still a top player even if he's not at the very top anymore, and the last thing you want to do against them is give them loads of chances.

Higgins wasn't great but Bingham was very poor and in Higgin's defence, when he got in he made decent sized break from 1-1 onwards. Bingham had one good frame to close to 5-2.

They've both been poor, to be honest. Higgins is still Higgins though. If his opponent is playing equally as badly as him, he'll come out best.

How are you !
Been a long time.
Well you know he is lucky ( grin )
We all know he is a top player
Best long potter when in form.
I have noticed his positional pkay
Is a lot more accurate.
No one wins the big three if they
Dont have it in them.
He is still a jammy sod.

To be fair, Selby was missing plenty even before they got to match ball.

Bingham is a good player but more times than not
Bottles when it most matters.
John is helping him immensely in this frame.
He just ballsed that one up.
You see what I mean bruv ?

And Higgins finally closes it out 6-2.
Must be something about the Ally Pally he likes. Hasn't lost in the first round here.
