For some reason Ronnie can't get himself up for this like he did for Ding and Robbo. Maybe it's just lack of respect for Stuart?

Up the bottom of any commentator who uses that cliché.

7-6 Bingo barring snookers.
Must say, wasn't expecting Stuart to get back ahead. Ronnie not pulling away like I expected.

I agree Skull, Ronnie somehow doesn't look as inspired and up for the battle as he did against Ding and Robbo.
I still expect him to come out better after the MSI, but I'm starting to believe if Ronnie's isn't careful Bingo can really win this match.

Ronnie isn't playing well. After that magnificent clearance in the first frame of the session, he made some unforced errors in next 3 frames. He has to step it up after the break.

That said, the MSI came at a bad time for Bingo. Ronnie has a 15 minute break to refocus himself.

Hope so, definately needs a couple of 60 or 70 plus breaks to settle himself down and have confidence.
If the match goes on with frames going scrappy like this, even knowing how good Ronnie's safety game is, I fancy Bingo's chances.
Hugely important frame after the MSI.

We seem to be mistaking Stuart Bingham for a mug.
We all know Ronnie's favourite, but you guys are acting like it's some disgrace that Bing's even turned up. He's a ranking event winner, not some pleb.

Correct.
Bingham also needs a couple of chances every frame but Ronnie just isn't pounding on his chances like he usually does.

I know I'm not, Bingo can of course win this, and I'm starting to believe he will.

Clive just claimed that if this was won by Bingham, it would be a bigger win than his Austrlian Open win.
Do people agree with that?

Well, Bingham himself thought that his PL victory was bigger than his Aussie Open title, and this seems bigger than the PL.

As I said, a good 60 break to settle himself.
Hasn't won the frame yet though.

I don't think binghams a mug and I think he's hitting the form of his career but this will be a major upset if he wins.

I always think that a ranker is a bigger win than an invitation event. But then I guess, it's subjective. The Masters isn't ranking, and that's a bigger win than some of the smaller ranking events. I guess it just depends how you look at it.

To be fair, I was saying the same thing at The Crucible final. I was giving Barry Hawkins no chance against Ronnie. So I'm not one to talk. He too, is a very good player.
