I know my jinxing won't work here
but Selby is very good in these situatiions has to be said.
He loves to spend so much mental energy early on doesn't he... keep doing that throughout this tourney and see where that leads you Mark
It's not over to the fat lady sings as they say, White back at the table for snookers.
Edit: Get in Selby, 1 hurdle on route to your
world title down. Keep it up.
Hopefully Carter will beat him next round
he's got a great chance, he plays out of his skin at the Crucible and if Selby plays like he did in this match

It amazes me how many people still seem to underestimate Ali Carter.
Exactly SO, especially here at the Crucible.
I won't be surprised in the slighest if Carter beats Selby, I've been saying this since the seeds were drawn and we knew Carter and Selby could face in Last 16.
Carter plays out of his skin here, he has the game to beat Selby and I hope he does.

Wasley and Ding have already started on Table 1.
Ding will probably just make an 80 odd break and get things over and done with.
Can't see Wasley now winning this match.

Carter is the type to let head to heads affect him and his record against Selby been very poor in the last 4 years i expect a Selby win

Just like White he has plenty of bottle and he is playing very mature for his age. I love it.

Wasley really used that break to get himself together again. I think it's 50-50 now.

SO you think Ding will make a frame winning break like he has done in deciders this season or will Wasley win this match?

Epic last frame win by Wasley. Top quality. He's in the balls in this final frame too. Ding might be on the way out!!!

Ding may have come into this 3rd session and not pot a single ball.
WASLEY, UNBELIEVABLE
Despite Ding's record at the Crucible, this is one of the biggest first round upsets me thinks, but every credit to Wasley, the lad really deserves everything he gets.
