I think Ronnie wins. If Ronnie doesn't win, I think Robertson wins.
And if Ronnie or Robbo doesn't win...?

Thanks to inept displays from most seeds, Ronnie is now 4/6 for the title. And I thought 2/1 was a bit ungenerous to begin with. lol

I think we already established Mark Allen he the form to do it.

I have a funny feeling Trump might beat Robbo in the quarters. Playing Neil seems to inspire him but he's nowhere near as good as he was in 2011 and 2012 at the moment.

He's good value. I can't support him even though I quite like him and his technique etc because he's Australian and that would be selling England out. But, when it comes to bets........
9/1 seems tidy to me. The bookies are basically saying that even if Ronnie plays someone in form, like Robbo, he's still gonna win. I don't see such a clearcut victory. They're not far apart and anything could happen in a final and has done in the past.

Still, fact is Holt has only won once at the Crucible and that was to Paul Hunter in 2005, after he'd been diagnosed with cancer.

Where's Vodka with his 'Allen is too obese to win the WSC' comments?

I don't like Allen's set-up one bit. His cue arm is miles outside the hip. His left foot is pointing far out. The cue is up his face which looks like a gargoyle when he cues. Bloody awful kids.

If this goes 10-9 and all frames are at the same pace as the first we'll finish at around 2am.
