I'm voting for Noppon. Some of the others are more talented, but he has more bottle. Of those less likely to bottle it at the business end of tournaments, he has the most talent.

Could be anyone who hasn’t won one yet; these fellows may be considered the most obvious but often these things happen out of the blue (Jimmy Robertson, Jordan Brown, for example)
A few years back I’d have said Oliver Lines. Jackson Page suddenly bursting through wouldn’t surprise me either.
