Doubtful.

Am doing Preston the weekend before. (Evening semi-final, and all day final.) I have a couple of days off I have to use before the end of March. So I'm thinking about it. But will probably use those to do stuff at home, rather than go away two weekends running.

In that case, I changed my mind. I might do the final.

I used to always go for early rounds. Quite often at tournaments where there are a lot of matches going on at once, they let you sit where you like and watch who you like.

However, I once went to the Welsh Open in Newport where matches were best of seven. Felt a bit crap somehow. I saw one match that was 4-0, and over in 40 minutes. I didn't feel too entertained.

So I started going up on a Friday, doing the semis and the final for most tournaments. I didn't get to decide who I saw, but I saw some proper matches.

York was good, as I went pre-television rounds. Watched some good people.

In Newport?

I was at that match.
