The winner of the match will move to the top half of the WSC draw, and the loser will stay in the bottom half.
One would expect Robertson to win...

If Jack wins it will be quite similar to Judd's win at the China Open in 2011, then becoming a top player.

Robbos 6th final but his conversion rate is not that impressing.
Won 2 and lost 3. If he loses again that would be three on the trot and 4th overall. Not that good. Like Judd two years ago.

Shown improvement though, since he packed up Pac-Man though.
And if he wins, two ranking events since February ain't so bad.

Look at it like this if Robbo conversion rate was great then Ronnies would be rubbish losing in 4 finals.
All you can do is give yourself a chance to win tournaments the 3 players that's lost in most ranking finals is Hendry, Higgins and Ronnie

I'll be happy with whoever wins this. For Robbo it would be good to see after losing two big finals and would give him a boost for the worlds. For Jack it would be a fulfilment of his talent and might make him more of a threat in the future.

it definitely will if he wins.
When Kyren Wilson won in Shanghai 2015 he was ranked in the 50s since then hes established himselff in the top 16 yea still not on the level of Selby, Judd and Robbo never mind Ronnie but hes still top notch and with 3 ranking titles now a Masters Final and a World Semi under his belt in the last 4 years.

Did anyone see the Dreamy /Scottie match properly?
Did Scottie fold or did Dreamy play out of his skin? I dipped in and out.

Would be like Judd 8 years ago.
And you're right about Robbo... his conversion rate is not impressive, but reaching 6 finals is. He's always there at the business end and thats all you can do.
This is by far his most consistent season.

You still pretending the Shoot-Out isn't a ranking event is funny.
I don't mean this in a bad way. It's genuinely amusing to notice it in little things like the number of ranking finals here.

A win for Neil would move him into 6th place by himself on the all-time ranking titles list at 16 titles, one ahead of Mark Selby.
A win for Jack would move him into a tie for 37th place on the list...

Did like Jack's post match interview though, he played really well but he obviously didn't want to face Robbo in the final, he was hoping for Luca big time!

If Robbo wins does that move him into 4th on the 2 year ranking list? Not sure so that's why I'm asking. Looks like he's already 3rd on the one year and coral rankings, is that right? (Bit of wine tonight so need my figures checked!)

Looks like it. He would pass Higgins and Allen.
