Monday 12th ~ Sunday 18th of October at The Waterfront Hall, Belfast, Northern Ireland

Alex Higgins used to create carnage when ever he entered a room. In Belfast this week where Alex was braught up theres been carnage in the Last 128 with only 16 Members of the Top 32 and only 7 members of the top 16 made the cut with the likes of John Higgins, Barry Hawkins, Kyren Wilson, Mark Allen and Shaun Murphy going by the wayside at the first time of asking.

But still there are some snooker heavyweights in the shape of Judd Trump, Neil Robertson, Ronnie O'Sullivan, World No 1 Mark Selby and World Champion Mark Williams.
