How would it change snooker if players were not able to see the point scores?

Roberson makes it four in the row and now leads 4-2. Even Murphy would have been a more challenging opponent than Hawkins this evening.
Since leading 2-0 Hawkins has completely collapsed, as he so often does.

Robertson hasn’t even been good, Hawkins has just been awful. Judd is going to be too good for Robetson tomorrow.

I have a question about that. As someone who has never attended a snooker match in person, what is it that players (and audience members) are allowed to see on the screen? Is it just each player's current score, or can they also see how many points are remaining on the table...?

Doesn't show how many points are left. shows the break they're on, match score and points in the frame.

The Hawk is not at the races. That's twice i've seen him at the Masters. I'll be doing all i can to avoid him next year.

Hawkins flukes a red, and it causes someone in the crowd to have an enormous orgasm.

Thanks. I had always wondered whether the players (and fans) had to figure out "points remaining" for themselves...

I used to sarcastically tell my mum off if she was ever eating a Yorkie. I like the ones with the biscuit in.
