Great article! I have had soul-destroying jobs like that as well. I support Gilbert and Gary Wilson now. Would love it if one of them would win.
One thing I've noticed about British journalism, is that it always seems important to mention which football team a person supports. Seems a bit strange to me.

I wish he could reveal his political views to put an end to these rumours.

How you getting on with the new job if you don't mind me asking?

I'm actually doing an internship as part of my studies. It's going great, I love it. But it's not my job yet. I'm trying to go in a new direction in life. That's why I'm doing this.

I forgot he sent Selby home in a taxi. He’s awesome! I saw him play Ronnie in the first round 2017.. couldn’t believe he was still working as a cabbie to make ends meet.

You can usually tell quite abit about someone's personality based on which football team they support.

I don't follow football so I wouldn't know.

What does supporting West Brom tell you? (I live in Croydon.)
Actually, don't tell me. I think it means I'm a moron.

Gary seems pretty level-headed as well. Like not the type to crumble over a few bad shots, a bad frame etc.

Hallett never made the one table set-up. He had a sniff at the semis leading Fouldsy 10 - 8, but lost 13-11.
