You're thinking of John Higgins.

Judd's a machine these days.
How long has it been in Snooker since we saw a new player at the peak of their powers playing snooker the way it should be played like this?

Judd gifts Murphy a great chance to get back in the frame. Luckily for him a red has gone safe next to the pink.
This could be a massive turning point.

It was like the Judd of old. I hope he isn't falling back into his bad habits.

7-3, 63 point lead led to complacency.
Judd needs to go for the jugular.

Judd should consider himself fortunate to have won that frame. He now leads 8-3, and is just two frames away from lifting the trophy.

Murphy was always gonna lose that frame as soon as he had to play a cannon on the red next to the pink. Ok he got it out but it snowballed from there until he lost the frame.
Worst top player I’ve ever seen at cannons.

I'm not sure, but it's been years. And the wait goes on. Trump is 30.

Shaun Murphy will be gutted to reach the final.
He's had no time to commentate.

So? Judd was 29 when he won Masters and WC btw and the age when your peak starts.
Stay salty red ball.

Judd makes it three frames in a row, and is now just one away from victory. 9-3.

I can't believe it but Judd's finally, FINALLY has a champion mentality, he has that aura now just like all the other all-time greats.
