Monday 9th~Sunday 15th of September at the Regal International East Asia Hotel, Shanghai, China

Last 16 and the Top 8 join the party with defending Champion Ronnie O'Sullivan in his first outing this season leading the charge for another title with Strong oposition from World Champion Judd Trump, Mark Selby, Neil Robertson, Mark Williams and John Higgins.

Very worrying signs for Selby to lose to a player who virtually has no tactical or Allround game. Selby was eating these players alive 2-3 years ago.

I am beggining to think the same. His downfall is probably the result of two main factors:
1. He has never been the biggest talent out there, so he had to compensate for that with a huge amount of hard work and grinding. Now, since he is aging, he needs that extra bit of talent which he doesn't have.
2. His failures in recent years means he's not confident at all and that affects his game and thus his results.
