Yep I feel the German Masters should start on a Tuesday instead, the schedule would then be a lot more clearer and look like this:

1st round matches to be played Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday evening, Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday evening.
2nd round matches to be played Thursday afternoon and Thursday evening.
Quarter finals to be played Friday afternoon and Friday evening.
Semi finals Saturday afternoon and evening
Final Sunday afternoon and evening

I've never been to The Temple Bum, but the five table set up, one main table miles away from anywhere, never looks good to me on telly.
