Quarter-Finals stage of the Players Championship, with Barry Hawkins facing Yan Bingtao, British Open champion Mark Williams up against resurgent Ricky Walden, and for the 3rd time this season, Ronnie O'Sullivan up against Masters champion Neil Robertson. O'Sullivan scored a good win against rival Judd Trump the round before, someone he hadn't beaten for almost 3 years.

Also, we have the defending champion John Higgins still in the tournament, he's up against Jimmy Robertson, the latter who knocked out one of the players of the season in Luca Brecel.

The way Ronnie played against Trump gives me confidence, but Robertson is the player of the season so far along with Xintong so he couldn't have wished for a harder draw, but you've got to beat the best players in the world to win these sort of events.
