That's interesting, the tv graphics just showed Robbo's AST as 26 seconds while the WST site shows it as 28.36 seconds. He didn't appear to speed up in the last frame, if anything he was even slower.

They are allowed. If for some reason the ball dropped due to the player's action then the ref would replace the ball, and likely have a word with him.
