The board in the arena isn’t a bar, just a number countdown. Presumably it doesn’t hit 0 until it’s 0.0. That was still before the beeps had finished.

In any case, the last triple beep occurs after the time bar has expired. It’s obviously deliberate but it should be a different/louder noise to signify the actual foul.
