TNT put the qualifiers to The Crucible on their Red Button service, so you could watch it despite not having Discovery+
Somehow, I doubt they'll bother for this.

Apparently.
When Crucible qualifiers were on, they were advertising them as being shown on TNT Sports 8 or something. TNT don't have that many channels, so I didn't know what that was. Eventually, I pressed the red button and there were some additional streams there that were numbered.
I don't know how often they have stuff on there.

More likely just not economical. Opening to the public incurs cost for security, tickets staff, etc. Which they would weight against whatever ticket sale they think likely.

It's a big today for a lot of players.
We will not see someone play like peak Ronnie, but there will be lots of good games and talent on show.
If you're watching, enjoy the games and be kind with your comments.

Looks like it will be available (at a cost) on WST Play in UK. Table 3 up and running (Selt v Sunny) and says tables 1 and 2 will be available soon.

It turned out to be an absolute classic decider with lots of micro-breaks and a titanic battle of snookers on the last red leading to pressure pots on he small colours.
O'Connor took it and won 5-4 after trailing 2-4.

Is he dusting your bookshelf?
Errrr. No.
It's a televised sporting contest.

It goes to the wire. O Lines has an easy pink to middle, the pink on the blue spot, his white is in the perfect position a few inches up the table halfway between the pink and the cushion. Lines takes the shot and Slessor immediately jumps up to shake his hand But Lines misses the pink, it bumps on the top of the pocket, bouncing it down table towards the white and into a potable position. Slessor takes the pink and black. 5-4.
