Long term daily routine

Hello, I am really looking for some help in regard to a daily practice routine.

There are millions of practice routines to be found online. But I am really interested in how the pros practice. Do they have a set routine everyday? Do they change things everyday? How long do they practice?. How long for each exercise? Is there one routine better than all the rest?

Your knowledge worth be really appreciated. I am getting lots with all the routines out there.
