What a BLOB from Ronnie.
One red and pink still awkward but Ding can close the point gap.

He only posts when things are going his way, when they aren't he goes AWOL...
Had Robbo lost yesterday on the pink we would never hear from him again this tourney and probably until UK Champs.
hence i posted congrats to milkins straight after his win over robbo

Ronnie missed a trick there. Ding was there for the taking in that frame. It's still far from over though.

Ha but you tend to do that don't you... may nt have been at the Worlds, but you have done it before.
And like the good little lapdog you are you only posted again when Ronnie missed that sitter of a blue.
Anyway, not that I care about it in the slighest, Ronnie is still very much in this match.

Ronnie closes to 4-3.
Not really a bold prediction but if Ronnie takes the next, I think he'll take it. If Ding takes it, he'll win.

Ding needs to make a big break here if he wants to keep Ronnie at bay. Like Angles said, he's only made one 30 break since frame 2.

Ding much tougher mentally these days, Ronnie will have to battle very hard if he wants to win this match.

Good break from Ding to go 5-3 up.
Two up with three to play as Clive would say. Can he get his first real win over Ronnie since 2006?

Fully agree, Ding has matured into a full player. If he heeps this mental strength, he will be a huge favourite for the World Title. Will be very tough for Ronnie to come back here.

In the last couple of months, every time Ding needed a clearance he produced one.

Ronnie will need to play flawless snooker now, Ding needs only one good chance and it's over.

Exactly, like Hendry in his prime, when he truly needeed to produce the goods he did, and over this couple of months Ding has done it every time.
Only the best snooker from Ronnie will be enough now to win this match.

I'm still not giving up because I think Ronnie will have the advantage if it goes to a decider.

Ronnie hasn't played that bad, but he has missed some crucial balls which against the likes of Ding in his sort of form can't be missed, like that blob he made on the blue.

That blue could prove to be the most crucial mistake by Ronnie in this match.

Ding in in the ninth. Was that Ronnie's last visit to the table?
