Well done Ronnie and Bing. At least Ronnie got his first or we might not have seen one from him this year. :-D

Hawkins seems to have found some form since the Welsh Open. Just at the right time. I suppose he'll do some damage at the World Championship again. Another semi wouldn't surprise me.

Why! Why is he a Crucible specialist. It makes no sense

I don't know but one annoying thing about him that he can play totally rubbish after playing absolutely brillant the round before. Like in 2015 when he beat peak Robbo in the quarters and then played like an amateur against Murphy in the semis 2015. Its annoying from a neutrals perspective as it just completely ruins the match. Like his performance against Higgins in last years semi.

I hope that he'll play well from start to finish just for once.

Ronnie doesnt make a max for ages. Then he makes when the prize pot is large and now he has to share it.

Lollllllll

I know it's brilliant!! Bingo effectively just nicked £21k out of his back pocket.

Now Bingo - do not go laying off bets on someone else doing it... you know what happened last time

...and after he beat Ronnie in 2015, he then lost 13 - 4 or something stupid to Fu.

It was in 2016 and he lost only 13:11 to Fu but he was like miles behind at some stage and that comeback was just too late in the end. But yeah. Thats really a bad habit of Hawkins. And if he wants to become World Champ he gotta change it. Otherwise he'll just end up losing in quarters or semis.

He nearly forced a decider versus Fu but Fu made a match winning cool steal.

But he played like an amateur in the first session and that effectively cost him the match, nevermind the close 13-11 loss.

Like TR says, he needs to find consistency otherwise he'll never be World Champion.

Could it be his time to shine in the sunshine?

Would be lovely if his first ranking event title came in China, just like Ding in 2005.

Does he drink Grant's Whiskey?

Hawkins the multiple table bully hit some form again. As for Michael White, he must be the most overrated player ever.

Yes Ronnie had to play really well to beat him.
